  Доброго дня! По вашей ситуации с рёвом от арок — типичная история. По опыту в 80% случаев причина не только в подкрылках, а в полости за локером плюс «мостики» шума через кузовные элементы. Проверяется просто: в движении слушаешь, меняется ли характер гула при повороте — если меняется, значит работает кузовщина.
  
  Схема работ следующий: демонтируешь локер, обезжириваешь поверхность, клеишь вибродемпфер с высоким коэффициентом потерь и не забывай прикатываешь роликом для нормального прилегания. Сверху — слой шумоизолятора, желательно закрытоячеистый, а то наберёт воду. Детальнее по технологии для шумоизоляции смотри тут: шумоизоляция авто в Москве.
  
  По эффекту: реально получишь снижение шума примерно вдвое, конкретика зависят от исходной ситуации. Важно — не экономь на прикатке, иначе отвалится через сезон.
