  First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.   After I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a means you are able to remove me from that service? Kudos!
